Rebecca Berkovic

Rebecca Berkovic is the Founder and Senior Migration Lawyer of Hartman Immigration. Rebecca has over a decade of experience working in immigration law, as a Paralegal, Articled Clerk, Lawyer and Principal. She has been managing her own immigration practice for the past 11 years, assisting global companies and local Australian businesses (from publicly listed companies to startups) with their immigration needs.

During her legal career, Rebecca has worked in immigration law, administrative law, commercial litigation and personal injury law. Her high level of experience and knowledge in varied legal matters positions her to be able to give clients effective and innovative solutions to immigration problems.

Rebecca’s immigration law experience extends to representing clients in the Migration Review Tribunal, Refugee Review Tribunal, Federal Court and High Court of Australia as well as preparing numerous visa and citizenship applications.

Rebecca Berkovic graduated from the University of Melbourne with an Honours Degree in Law and an Arts Degree, majoring in political science.

Rebecca is based in Israel and is a member of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA), the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA) and the Israel-Australia Chamber of Commerce (IACC).
